60 minutes a day, keeps the doctor away!



It only takes 60 minutes a day to lead a healthier lifestyle. Research studies show that children who engage in at least 60 minutes of physical activity per day have a lower risk of obesity, heart disease, and anxiety. Being physically active can also help increase your child’s overall mood. These 60 minutes can include playing outside in the neighborhood and at school on the playground. Encourage your child to get outside and play. Examples include, playing basketball, riding bikes, walking , and jogging!
